David Alessi

During his time at Pepperdine Law School in 1998, David Alessi embarked on a career in the HOA industry. His journey began as an HOA manager in Malibu, California. In 2001, David relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he established what would soon become the state’s leading HOA assessment collection law firm. This firm went on to represent nearly 1,000 HOAs, successfully collecting over $100 million for its clients.

In 2004, David expanded his impact by founding Nevada Community Management, which has since grown to become the largest locally owned and operated HOA management company in Nevada. NEVCM now represents nearly 200 HOAs and manages 30,000 homes in the region.

Beyond his professional success, David and his companies have made significant contributions to charitable causes. They have generously donated over a million dollars to support various local, national, and international charities dedicated to helping children, preserving the environment, assisting veterans, and aiding the homeless. David Alessi’s commitment to both the HOA industry and philanthropy has left a lasting positive impact on communities and lives.
