Francis Legaspi

Originally hailing from Hawaii, Francis made the move to Las Vegas in 2004. He embarked on his career in the HOA industry in 2005, commencing as an Accounts Receivable professional at a prominent HOA management firm. With only an associate degree in Accounting to start, he swiftly transitioned into the role of Accounts Payable specialist. In 2007, after completing his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, he earned a well-deserved promotion to the position of Staff Accountant. Over time, Francis accumulated extensive experience, often functioning as the sole Accountant for various HOA management companies, handling both Corporate and HOA Financials. His diverse experience across different departments has honed his ability to analyze financial data at a sophisticated level, all while comprehending the unique needs and operations of both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Francis is currently on the path to becoming a CPA, with his credits having been verified by the Nevada State Board of Accountancy.
